In this case, the most effective theory is relational model which requires one to think of the long-term effects of their decisions (Wang & Siau, 2018). As a moral agent, Jessica must make clear decisions and the relational theory is very important for her to arrive at a better choice.
Conclusion
Individuals have different perceptions and perspective which impact their ability to make decisions when in critical situations. expectant mother face ethical dilemmas when they have to choose between their life and that of their unborn baby. However, the moral status of a fetus and any individual should guide one’s decisions and logic.
