Here, we will show you the A, B, Cs of completing an academic paper, irrespective of the instructions. After guiding you through what to do, the guide will leave one or two sample essays at the end to highlight the various sections discussed below.
How to Research and Prepare for NRNP 6675 Week 2 Study Plan
Whether one passes or fails an academic assignment such as the Walden University NRNP 6675 Week 2 Study Plan depends on the preparation done beforehand. The first thing to do once you receive an assignment is to quickly skim through the requirements. Once that is done, start going through the instructions one by one to clearly understand what the instructor wants. The most important thing here is to understand the required format—whether it is APA, MLA, Chicago, etc.
After understanding the requirements of the paper, the next phase is to gather relevant materials. The first place to start the research process is the weekly resources. Go through the resources provided in the instructions to determine which ones fit the assignment. After reviewing the provided resources, use the university library to search for additional resources. After gathering sufficient and necessary resources, you are now ready to start drafting your paper.
How to Write the Introduction for NRNP 6675 Week 2 Study Plan
The introduction for the Walden University NRNP 6675 Week 2 Study Plan is where you tell the instructor what your paper will encompass. In three to four statements, highlight the important points that will form the basis of your paper. Here, you can include statistics to show the importance of the topic you will be discussing. How to Write the Body for NRNP 6675 Week 2 Study Plan
After the introduction, move into the main part of the NRNP 6675 Week 2 Study Plan assignment, which is the body. Given that the paper you will be writing is not experimental, the way you organize the headings and subheadings of your paper is critically important. In some cases, you might have to use more subheadings to properly organize the assignment. The organization will depend on the rubric provided. Carefully examine the rubric, as it will contain all the detailed requirements of the assignment. Sometimes, the rubric will have information that the normal instructions lack.
Another important factor to consider at this point is how to do citations. In-text citations are fundamental as they support the arguments and points you make in the paper. At this point, the resources gathered at the beginning will come in handy. Integrating the ideas of the authors with your own will ensure that you produce a comprehensive paper. Also, follow the given citation format. In most cases, APA 7 is the preferred format for nursing assignments.
How to Write the Conclusion for NRNP 6675 Week 2 Study Plan
After completing the main sections, write the conclusion of your paper. The conclusion is a summary of the main points you made in your paper. However, you need to rewrite the points and not simply copy and paste them. By restating the points from each subheading, you will provide a nuanced overview of the assignment to the reader.
How to Format the References List for NRNP 6675 Week 2 Study Plan
The very last part of your paper involves listing the sources used in your paper. These sources should be listed in alphabetical order and double-spaced. Additionally, use a hanging indent for each source that appears in this list. Lastly, only the sources cited within the body of the paper should appear here.

Sample Answer for NRNP 6675 Week 2 Study Plan
A study plan is crucial in helping a learner prepare, plan, and address challenges faced in various subjects before an exam. It enables the learner to set clear priorities and identify the required level of importance and effort that should be directed to learn each subject (Biwer et al., 2023). The purpose of this paper is to revise my NRNP 6665 study plan, define goals for the new quarter, and identify resources that will help attain the goals.
Current Strengths and Opportunities for Improvement
The areas of strength that I had identified in NRNP 6665 include performing physical examinations, conducting patient interviews, pharmacology, conducting assessments, managing patients with intoxication and withdrawal, and identifying patients with altered mental status. Besides, my strengths are mostly in managing adult and older patient groups. However, I identified that I was not conversant with managing children and adolescents with psychiatric conditions. Other areas of improvement included neurophysiology, epigenetics, and genomics. In the previous course, I worked on my knowledge and skills in the topics that I found challenging, and I now consider them my strengths. Nonetheless, I have identified other areas that need improvement, including making differential diagnoses, identifying accurate diagnostic tests and mental health screening tools, interpreting results from the tests and tools, and managing psychiatric emergencies.
Goals for This Quarter
- By the end of week six, I will have gained competency in identifying correct diagnostic and screening tools and interpreting results for patients with mental health symptoms.
- Tasks: Review Walden University course materials on diagnostic tests and mental health screening tools.
- Review screening tools from the internet and apply them in patient case scenarios (Coppa & Winchester, 2020).
- By the end of week ten, I will have gained proficiency in developing psychiatric differential diagnoses that align with the DSM 5.
- Tasks: Review the DM 5.
- Review nursing psychiatry textbooks.
- Review class notes and resources on psychiatric conditions.
- By the end of the semester, I will have completed at least three mental health case studies per week.
- Tasks: Review mental health case studies with my study group.
- Comprehensively analyze and develop an assessment and treatment plan for each case (Swan Sein et al., 2021).

Resources
I have attained several resources that will help me attain the goals I have set for this quarter. A study group of 3-4 members will be crucial in exam preparation. The study group will meet at least twice a week, discuss challenging topics, and review past exams together. Vogel and Wood (2023) explain that group work is linked with improved academic performance, comprehension, interpersonal skills, and student satisfaction with learning. In addition, I will use PMHNP certification exam practice questions to test my knowledge on the various topics that will be tested in the exam and gauge my level of preparation for the exam day (Ranabhat et al., 2024). Furthermore, past PMHNP exam papers will be a great resource to test my degree of preparation and gauge whether I have polished my weak areas.
Conclusion
In the last semester, I worked on improving my weak areas, including managing children and adolescents with psychiatric conditions, neurophysiology, epigenetics, and genomics. This semester, I identified other improvement areas, including making differential diagnoses, performing diagnostic tests and mental health screening tools, and dealing with psychiatric emergencies. I seek to improve on these areas before the PMHNP exam and use resources like study groups, certification exam practice questions, and past exam papers to attain my goals.
