For this discussion board assignment the one source I picked, I would say it is credible by doing a Google search under, www.blackmotorcycleclubs.us or black motorcycle clubs in Missouri. Those are the keywords I chose to use to narrow down what I was actually looking for. Because I always tell others when using Google, ” Just ask Google straight up of what you are looking for.” Yes, using keywords are helpful, but for me it takes longer to get the results you want then asking Google actually what you want whether it’s a long sentence or just a short word. 

It gives you a list of all the cities or towns in Missouri of black motorcycle clubs. It would show you on one side the names of the clubs then across it would show you the cities or towns they are in. That’s how it is for any state you’re looking for. However, doing that search it really doesn’t show all the clubs that’s in the city or town. Just like here in Columbia MO, there are at least three other clubs here black owned that is not on the list. So for me keywords are good but asking Google straight forward on what you want or looking for is the best way on getting faster results.

This is an article that I feel is a creditable resource, as it was written by medical professionals, a study was conducted in a controlled medical setting, and the article cited their creditable resources. I like how the study explained the process of the study scientifically, including the method, procedure, results, conclusion, etc. 

If more sources provide health benefits of lettering, it would help make it a more creditable source, to back up the information provided in the source I found or add more insight on additional health benefits. The article I found only studied the benefits for patients undergoing cancer treatment, and as this is a wonderful benefit for those patients, I am unsure if I will use this, as I would like to find a source that would benefit more people other than those undergoing a serious medical diagnosis. I have searched Google, Google Scholar, and CTU’s Library, but there are not too many reliable sources. The sources I have found and relate to most, are the websites with ads, written by people with their own opinion and no research to back up their statements. I have reached out to CTU’s Library which helped, but the more I try to research and decide how I want to write my Individual Project, the more stuck I find myself. I would like to find sources that relate to my experience with lettering, including bringing out the creative side, the option to bring in extra income, or finding a job in the lettering field.
