As such, the purpose of this assignment is to formulate a reflective inquiry that explores how learning in this course will help achieve program outcome two and the advanced-level nursing education competencies.
How Learning in The Course Will Help In the Achievement Of Program Outcome 2
It is important to explore how learning in this course will be key to achieving the program outcomes. The program outcome is to create a caring environment for achieving quality health outcomes. This program’s outcomes will be achieved in several ways. Fundamental to quality health outcomes is an appropriate diagnosis for appropriate care formulation. The learning in this course will equip me with the required knowledge for the formulation of differential diagnoses of patients within the care settings (Olson et al.,2019). As such, an accurate diagnosis will lead to appropriate care actions such as treatment, management, adherence, and follow-up to help improve patient outcomes. Such differential diagnoses will be achieved through an analysis of the patient histories and physical findings and the use of appropriate diagnostic tools.
Patient-centered care is known to improve the chances of better patient outcomes. Therefore, learning in this course will also play a vital role in equipping me with the knowledge required for care-focused and patient-centered care. For example, through various course activities and assignments, I will be able to formulate evidence-based management plans for patients with various common and acute health problems. The evidence-based management plan will play a key role in guiding the care plans and fulfilling various care actions such as prescription, treatment, and management. In addition, the care plans will be formulated while integrating the views of the patients and their families to help create a conducive care environment that can help achieve quality outcomes.

The discussions also focus on various aspects, such as diagnostic tools and instruments that can be used in various situations; all these play a crucial role in achieving the AACN domain two.

This assignment has focused on reflective learning. Therefore, aspects such as how learning will be vital to achieving program outcome two and AACN domains have been explored. Various practicum hour experiences, class assignments, and discussions will all play an essential role in achieving the targets.
