Effective time management is a crucial skill that can significantly impact personal and professional success. At its core, time management involves planning and controlling how much time to spend on specific activities. Good time management enables individuals to work smarter, not harder, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently, and goals are achieved. Mastering time management enables individuals to work smarter, which enhances productivity and reduces stress. After analyzing my Weekly Schedule Log sheet, I realized that I managed my time well and achieved the key principles of Time Management: 1, Setting Goals: Establishing clear, realistic goas is the foundation of good time management. I have 12-hour shift day and 3 days full time hospital job and as well as some part time job, but I know my goal that ensuring I will spend time on my GCU RN-BSN study that contribute to most important objectives. 2 Prioritization: Not all tasks are equally important. Prioritizing task based on my urgency and importance help me focus on what truly matters. Like balancing my work time and study time is the priorities setting. 3 Planning and Scheduling: Creating a weekly schedule sheet helps me allocate time for important activities. Making a good scheduling sheet helps me to complete key tasks are completed without unnecessary delays. 4 Avoiding Procrastination: Procrastination is a common time management issue. Overcoming procrastination requires discipline and breaking tasks into smaller, more manageable steps. Time management is a valuable life skill that, when mastered, can lead to greater success, satisfaction, and a balanced lifestyle.
